💰 Payment Terms

To ensure the best quality of service, timely payments are required as per the following schedule:

• 20% to 35% of the package amount to confirm and book your event date.

• 50% to 70% of the amount to be paid on the wedding day.

• Final 15% of the amount to be paid upon delivery of the final products.

Important:

• If you make the payment online, please keep the receipt safely.

• For cash payments, kindly keep any proof such as a photo, video, or written slip.

• Without valid proof of payment, we will not be able to confirm or acknowledge your payment.

🤝 Return & Date Change Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you want to change the event date, please inform us at least 30 days before the original date.

• If you don’t inform us 30 days before, your advance payment will be canceled, and you will need to pay a new booking amount to confirm the new date.

💽 Data & Album Delivery

• Raw data (unedited photos and videos) will be delivered within 15 days after the event, provided that full payment has been made on time.

• Raw photos will be provided on a Cloud drive. If your package does not include a hard disk, then the client must provide a hard disk to transfer the Raw data.

• If the client fails to collect the data within 6 months, the photographer/studio will not be responsible for storing, recovering, or providing it later.

• Photobook (Album), Final Edited Video, and Pen Drive will be delivered within 30 days after the client completes the photo selection.

📋 Expenses & Requirements

🏨 3. Room Requirement

• A separate and spacious room must be arranged for our team at the event venue.

• As our team may consist of 5 to 10 members, the room should be large enough to accommodate them comfortably, with proper lighting and charging points.

🍽️ 4. Food Arrangement

• • Food must be arranged for the entire photography team at the event Venue.

  • If food is not being provided to event staff, then either:

    • You must arrange food from outside for our team, or

    • You must cover the full cost of meals for our team.

🚗 5. Travel for Outstation Functions

• If any function other than home-based rituals or the reception is taking place outside the city, then you are required to either provide a separate vehicle for our team or pay for the full travel expenses.

• This is compulsory, and without this arrangement, the team may not be able to attend the outstation event.

⏰ Photographer Arrival & Waiting Policy

• Our photographers will arrive on time as scheduled for your event.

• Please avoid calling the photographer hours before the agreed time, as this may cause unnecessary waiting and affect service quality.

• On the event day, we may have other bookings scheduled. If there is a time mismatch caused by early calls or delays, we may need to send another team to cover the overlapping event.

• In such cases, the additional charges for the second team must be paid by you (the client).
